Taylor Garden Club Scholarships of $1000 will be given to a Taylor High School
graduate upon proof of enrolling in courses in a college program in horticulture or related fields. Up to two $1,000 scholarships may be awarded each year as funding allows. The child or grandchild of an active member will have consideration over other candidates that apply. Applications must be submitted to the Club’s Scholarship Executive Board or a Taylor High School Counselor. If no applications are received from within the Club, the high school’s Scholarship committee shall select the qualified recipient or recipients from among their applications. If no applications are received, the Club’s Scholarship Executive Board may vote to offer a scholarship to a prior scholarship recipient in good standing to assist with a second year of college.
